All’impasto, ottenuto solo con semola superiore ed acqua, non viene aggiunto nessun conservante o colorante. Il processo produttivo dei nostri prodotti è molto lento e delicato: la pasta viene lavorata lentamente per non danneggiare il prodotto ed il contenuto nutrizionale e proteico, rendendola altamente digeribile quindi adatta ad ogni fascia d’età.
